Position Overview
We help Nonprofit Founders think differently and push their mental boundaries in order to “Kreate A Profitable Charity”™️. We provide executive coaching that challenges societies’ misconceptions by implementing strategic systems and frameworks. The change we want to make is to coach Founders to run and operate their organizations like a for-profit business with a “social clause”
Our new Program Coach will support our clients on a daily basis by answering questions and providing guidance inside of our private FB Members-Only Kommunity, facilitating Weekly Q&A Strategy Sessions, facilitating weekly New Client Orientation, and responding to comments in our private Community App in accordance with the Level Up Entrepreneurs frameworks.
We need you to step into the Coaching systems we have in place and bring your own business genius by guiding our clients to success.

Ultimately, as a Coach, you will help validate our reputation as a company that offers transformational, high-level business and program coaching. And most of all, you will help us support our clients!
- This is a part-time role that reports directly to our Director of Operations. You will interact with our team members, and work closely with our other Coaches.
- This is a remote, work from home position with occasional travel to our main hub in Atlanta, Georgia as well as special event sites. Residing in the Metro Atlanta or Georgia area is preferred, but not required.
- This position will require a flexible schedule, including working occasional evenings and weekends. Additionally, we run live events annually, including our quarterly team Strategy Planning Sessions that will require your in-person and overnight attendance.
Responsibilities
- Lead or Co-lead New Client Orientation and Program Coaching sessions via Zoom, consistent with and according to the KAPC/BOSS Mode frameworks.
- Use our specialized frameworks to offer targeted 1:1 coaching to specific clients.
- Establish supportive relationships with clients to help them grow their revenue, gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their business and leadership development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.
- Collect data to share with the Executive Team around the feedback we are getting from clients.
- Manage our #QuestionsThread (and other hashtags in the community, as needed).
- Offer daily spot coaching in our client-supporting Facebook groups.
- Help clients set boundaries, embrace discomfort, evolve their money stories, cultivate self-trust, and learn to make CEO Decisions.
- Collect client testimonials.
- Answer all assigned emails within 24 hours.
Measures of Success
- The LevelUP Entrepreneurs frameworks and business teachings are consistently communicated to our members in all member experiences.
- Our communities are engaged with a high level of participation among our members.
- Clients’ are experiencing growth in their businesses and are evolving as leaders.
- Members feel supported and feel their questions and concerns are addressed.
- Group and 1:1 calls are held consistently. (forthcoming)
- Community guidelines are consistently communicated, upheld, and enforced among our members.
- Our private membership community has consistent communication based on the theme of each month, and the members feel comfortable, supported, and clear when interacting in the community.
- We have high retention and high client success advancing to our Mastermind program, with positive reviews from client interactions.
- Daily check-ins on our Facebook communities, including weekends.
- The coach provides regular information to the rest of the team about the experience of our members and raises any member issues or problems that need to be addressed.
- Members show a dramatic increase in engagement, productivity, and performance.
Coaching sessions encourage clients to take new approaches and behaviors in everyday business settings, enabling them to use more of a leadership approach with their internal team.
Requirements

As we’re looking for an ideal fit, our new Program Coach must have a strong presence, be coachable, and will possess what we’ve listed below:
- An interest in business and entrepreneurship.
- Be a good, active listener.
- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A thorough understanding and embodiment of our content.
- A willingness to hold yourself accountable to living our content so that you coach what you also practice yourself.
- Ability to successfully coach our clients for maximum growth and work towards our company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Working knowledge of the content in the platform including all updates
- Someone who has completed the program 90% or more (or willing to train on the material.)
- Must have a 501c3 status
- Must have a functioning board
- Mastered BOSS Mode (or willing to train on the material.)
- Generating revenue either through products, service, or memberships
- Moderate to a high level of comfort with technology and be willing to learn various software platforms used (e.g., Kajabi, Active Campaign, AirTable, SLACK, etc.)
- Demonstrate the use of the systems and strategies from KAPC and BOSS
- Flexible to work 4-5 hours weekly
