Position Overview

We help Nonprofit Founders with Online Programs think differently and push their mental boundaries in order to “Kreate A Profitable Blueprint™️”. We provide executive coaching that challenges societies’ misconceptions by implementing strategic systems and frameworks to secure paying clients.  The change we want to make is to coach Founders to run and operate their organizations like a  for-profit business with a “social cause.”

Kamila Brown Washington is a Nonprofit Founder, Strategic Business Coach, College Professor, and entrepreneur. She is just getting started with big plans ahead!

The goal of this part-time (leading to full-time) position will be to provide an elevated level of organization, structure, and streamlining to Kamila's schedule and project management support for key ventures, freeing Kamila's time to spend more time in her area of expertise in all of these roles --- and those itching to be born! 

 

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing her daily schedule across various calendars
  • Email management across multiple Inboxes
  • Project management support for nonprofit and coaching activities
  • Managing professional speaking invitations and media appearances
  • Structural support for planning and executing new ventures
  • Liaising with existing team in nonprofit and business entities
  • Coordinating personal and family appointments and services, as needed

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience as an executive and/or personal assistance in an online/virtual business environments, or nonprofit environments

  • Master level skills in MS Office/365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and G-Suite Apps (Mail, Drive, Forms, Slides, Sheets)
  • Excellent skills in client management and/or productivity automation systems (Airtable)
  • Availability on East Coast time zone
  • Based and living in the United States (Atlanta, GA preferred)
